Return and Refund Conditions

  1. 7 Days Change of Mind Policy
    You are entitled to return your product within 7 days of receiving it without providing a reason, as long as the product is in its original packaging and condition.

  2. Return Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, ensure the following:
    • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
    • The goods are in original packaging, with no damage or excessive wear.

  3. Non-returnable Items:
    • Brand-new items are non-refundable.
    • Goods that are customized or personalized.
    • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed.
    • Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7 days.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • Product is physically damaged: An unboxing video and photos showing the damage are required.
  • Missing parts or accessories: If the package is incomplete.
  • Wrong item received: If the delivered product is different from your order.
  • Defective product: If the product is not working as intended, provide sufficient proof, such as an unboxing video.

Warranty and Functional Issues

We provide up to 12 months warranty on all refurbished products. The warranty covers:

  • Functional defects or issues with the device.
  • Battery issues (e.g., in iPhones, if the battery drain exceeds 3% after taking 500 photos in burst mode).

Exceptions to Warranty:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures, or use of non-original accessories (e.g., chargers).
