Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on almost all orders above AED 299. Orders below AED 299 will incur a flat shipping fee of AED 25.

Shipping and Handling Time
Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, our warehouse team will begin processing your order. Our standard handling time is 1 to 2 working days, meaning we test, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch within this time frame. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the shipment company we use, which is Aramex. You will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the courier and delivery location. Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as local weather conditions, public holidays, and any unforeseen logistical issues. However, rest assured that we do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping Options and Delivery Address
We currently only offer Standard Shipping through Aramex for deliveries within the UAE. Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate and up to date to avoid any delays or failed deliveries. We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more secure delivery.
